I am a passionate certified Birth Doula and Postpartum Nurse. A certified doula provides continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor and birth, and intermittently during the prenatal and postpartum periods.
Have no worries or fear, you will receive information and support on emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, information on infant feeding, infant soothing, and coping skills.
I will be there to help you relax, rest and nourish your baby.
